Once again, National Mortgage News has named Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group® the #1 “Best Mortgage Company To Work For” in its Large Companies (500+ employees) category and #2 overall. For the second time in three years, the “award-winning and comprehensive digital resource serving the entire residential mortgage industry,” has awarded our team the #1 large company and #2 overall distinctions; we were privileged to have earned the same rankings in 2021.

Given today’s housing market, Atlantic Bay – and the other lenders who made this year’s list – know all too well of our industry’s hardships. “Years ago, one of our amazing employees had a family tragedy. We knew she would be out for a while to focus on what matters in life: family. She supported a very large Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO), and that MLO called me when he heard the news. I immediately assured him his loans would be fine during her absence and nothing would fall through the cracks. He stopped me dead in my tracks to say he was not worried about his loans. He knew it would all work out. The only thing he cared about was whether she was okay and how he could support her during that time. That is Atlantic Bay.”
