Kurt Owen joined Atlantic Bay in 2015 to the take on the newly created position of vice-president and Atlanta area manager, bringing over 10 years of mortgage expertise to Atlanta’s homebuyers.
It only takes a few minutes with Kurt to recognize that he’s a man of very strong values and integrity, a man with deep compassion for people. Those attributes, along with his exceptional product knowledge and years of mortgage experience, make Kurt the ideal person to lead Atlantic Bay’s entry and expansion into the Georgia market.
Kurt oversees a team of sales managers, branch managers, and mortgage bankers. He says, “Our approach is to listen to people’s situation and get to the root of any potential situation before it can ever come up. We really want to put homebuyers in a good position and consult them in a way that’s going to place them on the right path to reach their goal.”
A long-time resident of the Metro Atlanta region, Kurt is very active in the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia. In addition, he has volunteered for Habitat of Humanity through the Atlanta Board of Realtors sponsorship.
