What we do
How does Atlantic Bay and its family of companies protect my personal information?To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. Definitions
AffiliatesCompanies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
  • Our affiliates include financial companies with an Atlantic Bay name and other financial companies such as mortgage companies, title agencies, and insurance agencies. For a list of our affiliates, see the section below.
NonaffiliatesCompanies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
  • Nonaffiliates we share with can include certain information regarding your experience with Atlantic Bay, such as, name, address, phone number, and email address. This information is shared with non-affiliates with whom we have a formal relationship to offer certain home ownership services to you. At no time will we share your social security number or loan information.
Joint MarketingA formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you:
  • Our joint marketing partners include financial companies that may provide products or services on our behalf.
