Allison Beldick started her career in real estate in 1998 and transitioned to mortgage in 2012. Known within the industry as lender that can do any loan, Allison’s helped over 700 clients purchase homes.
Allison is a strong advocate for homebuyers, making the process easy, keeping them informed, and always being accessible to respond to their questions. “I work closely with each borrower to gain a firm understanding of their current and future needs. My goal is to make this process feel less intimidating and even manageable,” Allison says. “I want the homebuyer to have a great experience and feel they have my support throughout the entire lending process.”
A creative problem-solver, Allison is tenacious when it comes to helping her clients realize their dreams of homeownership. “There are many ways to solve problems. My nature is to be relentless until I discover what’s possible, rather than being deterred by what’s not possible,” Allison says. “I do whatever I can to help people who’ve been turned down by other lenders. I love making dreams of homeownership a reality for my clients.”
Allison is a member of the Marcus Jewish Community Center and the Jewish Women’s Connection. In addition, she’s active in her children’s school, her synagogue, and the Greater Atlanta community. “I want to help people find their sense of belonging and fit in the right home, neighborhood, and community to meet their family’s needs,” Allison says.
