Senior Mortgage Banker Randy DeMille started his career in the mortgage industry in 1992 while still in college at the University of Richmond. In 1997, he read an ad in a newspaper for Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group® and would go on to close more than 50 loans in his first year.
Throughout his almost 30 years of experience, he has helped more than 2,500 families achieve their homeownership dreams. Randy says, “My favorite part about working with families comes after closing, creating generational wealth for many years. I provide annual mortgage reviews for each client to ensure they are still in the best program that suits their needs. My goal is to be their lender for life.”
Randy is licensed in Virginia, North Carolina, and Florida. From first-time to repeat homebuyers, Randy has the skills, background, and knowledge to assist any client through the mortgage process. In his spare time, you can find Randy watching college football and basketball, snow skiing, or going to the beach.
