As a licensed Mortgage Banker across multiple states, I’ve become adept at all loan products, including jumbo lending and first-time homebuyer grant programs! I’m a renovation specialist, house hacking coach, and Producing Branch Manager to some of the top Mortgage Bankers in the industry.
I’ve been in the real estate business for more than 29 years! I was a top-producing real estate agent in Michigan for more than 7 years before joining the mortgage industry, so I understand the purchase process from start to finish.
I also grew up in Michigan and currently live in Charlotte, North Carolina. I’m a father of four amazing children, and I’ve been married to the love of my life, Jennifer, for 28 years. In the most recent 10 years, I’ve recruited more than 100 branch managers and loan officers, collectively generating more than $1 billion in annual fundings. I lead, motivate, and inspire to develop a culture of love and value. Currently, I have a sphere of more than 23,500 realtors, 780 CPAs, 370 financial advisors, and 5,700 LinkedIn connections focused in the mortgage, fintech, and real estate Industries.
