Honest, caring, and knowledgeable, Liz Atkison sees each mortgage as more than a deal, but rather as getting a family into a home as smoothly as possible.

Liz takes a genuine interest in her clients and is dedicated to helping them smoothly navigate the mortgage process. She says, “People think the process is too big and too complicated to approach. I do my best to make it as simple and pain-free as possible. I’m here to help them through the process and am available to answer questions and concerns during the workday, evening, or weekends. I want my clients to know that I care about them in this exciting time in their lives.”

While Liz enjoys helping all homebuyers, she especially feels a sense of fulfillment working with clients buying their first home. Breaking down the process, she patiently walks them through the transaction so their experience is a positive one. She often helps millennials and says, “I’ve learned that many millennials don't realize they can purchase a home. Once they’re aware that, in fact, they do qualify, they’re excited to accelerate the process and do so. I enjoy helping them through this realization and then the loan process.”
