A little more about me.

I have the experience to do the job, the knowledge to fit each client into their best mortgage option, and a trust in the people backing me.

Lisa Ritch Welborn has been a Randolph County resident all her life and has served the mortgage needs of the community’s homebuyers since 1983.

Lisa believes communication is the key to a good experience for homebuyers. She keeps her clients and industry professionals informed throughout the entire transaction. “As soon as I speak to a client for the first time, I text my contact information to them and send an email as well. Then, I’m just a quick message or call away when they’re ready to start the mortgage process,” Lisa says. “I want them to have a good experience and tell others how good it was.”

While she assists all types of homebuyers, Lisa specializes in helping people buying their first home. “First-time homebuyers are always in need of someone to guide them through the process without confusion,” Lisa says. “I explain certain bits of information so they can understand the process clearly and, therefore, reduce their anxiety about purchasing a home for the first time.”

Lisa’s a member of the Asheboro/Randolph Chamber of Commerce.
