Producing Sales Manager Kathy Terry joins Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group®. Whether she’s working alongside builders or top realtors in the area, with her 32 years of experience, she has the background to assist any homebuyer. Kathy has helped more than 4,000 families move into the home of their dreams.

Kathy has been a volunteer coach at Friendship Elementary in Hall County for her favorite non-profit organization, Girls on The Run, for the last four years. She works with students on how to prevent bullying, social responsibility, positive communication, and the importance of exercise. Kathy is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association. In her spare time, she is a triathlete, deer hunter, and loves to cook. She enjoys lake life with her husband, Cliff, her daughter, Ivey, 2 boxers Tank and Tilley and grand dog Onyx. One of her favorite quotes is, “To Love What You Do and Feel That It Matters is a Beautiful Life.”
