Joshua enjoys the way the industry forces him to think outside the box to find the best solutions for his clients. “Each family I help has a different set of circumstances that I’m tasked with providing a solution for,” he says. “Working in the mortgage industry is never boring and it’s always challenging.”
He enjoys working with all clients from first-time homebuyers who never thought they could be home owners to small business owners who have complicated files to navigate through the underwriting process when other lenders have turned them away. “I take time to listen to what they are trying to get accomplished,” Joshua says. “I do my best to be empathic and really show them that I care about their transaction getting to the finish line.”
