Jon Wood began his career in the mortgage industry in 1999 and has helped more than 2,500 families along the way. Ten years ago, he made a transition to be a producing branch manager where he still originates loans and manages other top producing Loans Officers on the coast of North Carolina.
Jon is licensed to serve buyers throughout North Carolina, with a primary focus on coastal mortgage lending opportunities for primary homes, second homes, and investment properties.
“I enjoy working with buyers to find the best solution for their ultimate goal of homeownership,” he says. “I have 20 years of experience lending on all types of coastal properties, including condos and new construction.” Jon is a member of the Carteret County Association of REALTORS® and a member of the Carteret County Chamber of Commerce. When he’s not working, he plays the bass with a local band and is an avid inshore fisherman. He has three sons, Hunter, 20, Tucker, 12, and Turner, who is 10.
