John Drumgoole, Jr., vice president of talent acquisition strategic growth, began his career in the mortgage industry in 1997. He has over 20 years of experience within the sales, marketing and financial services arena.
Working in tandem with strategic growth executives, John will be instrumental in attracting experienced industry leaders to Atlantic Bay’s sales team. “My hope is to help the strategic growth department and the company grow additional market share in our industry through strategic recruiting,” John says.
John, who lives in the Washington, D.C. area, will promote growth along the Eastern Seaboard. “I love the business development side of the business. I also love people and am very passionate about seeing them reach the next level of growth. I really believe that’s key because that’s going to open the door to more opportunities,” he says. “Many mortgage bankers are looking for the right home. Atlantic Bay has everything a good loan officer needs to be successful.”
John’s in the process of building his own charitable organization, Overcoming the Odds Foundation, which will award an annual scholarship to a high school junior or senior. He’s also the author of Crimson Sweat, a heartwarming novel focused on the upward mobility of families and multi-generational affluence. “It’s my way of giving back to the community,” says John.
