A little more about me.

I am going to listen and help you access your financial goals and dreams. I am going to make sure you are in the best possible situation.

Joe Cundiff started working in the banking/mortgage business in 1993. He has helped thousands of homebuyers finance their homes in a vast array of lending situations.

Joe Cundiff was working in the commercial banking industry when a family friend suggested he contact her nephew, Brian Mason, one of the owners of Atlantic Bay. With over 22 years experience in banking, commercial banking and mortgage banking, Joe was a good fit for Atlantic Bay and joined the company in 2009.

A strong communicator, Joe listens closely to his clients to understand what they are trying to accomplish. He says, “I listen to what my clients have to say. We have a conversation about who they are, their family, what they are trying to accomplish and their reason for buying or refinancing. That is my No. 1 priority. I can’t help them until I know their situation and what they are trying to accomplish. Once I have the information I need and know what sort of structure to go with, I talk with clients about the type of loan I am suggesting and why I think it would be beneficial.”
