Jennifer Wright, who has been in finance/mortgage since 1989, likes to work one-on-one with clients. Jennifer realizes that uncertainty can cause a case of the nerves and she is an expert at calming a borrower’s nerves. She says, “So many people talk about their fear or being nervous when they first come into my office. I focus on the situation so they know what to expect and tell them, ‘Let’s make a plan to get you there.” When they know what’s going to happen, it eases their fears and they feel in control because they know what their options are. Knowledge gives them control.”
She says, “I have a passion to help people to get into their home. It’s most important to be empathetic and caring toward the client and make them feel comfortable. It’s very important to maintain a high level of knowledge about the mortgage industry so I can serve my clients and offer all the available products. It’s also critical to be organized and detail-oriented to ensure we are in compliance with government regulations.”
