Hey there! I'm Jennifer DuVall, and I've been in the finance industry for 30+ years, with 22 years specifically dedicated to mortgage lending. I began my career in banking in 1993 and transitioned to my true calling – mortgage lending – in 2002. Throughout my career, I've helped more than 1,000 families achieve their homeownership dreams, closing in excess of $700 million in loans.

I'm your go-to mortgage expert across the Carolinas, whether you're building from the ground up, buying your very first home, or moving on to your next adventure. My passion for this industry stems from my love of working with people and tackling the most challenging loans. I enjoy crunching the numbers and finding solutions to complex lending scenarios; homeownership is always within reach! And since joining Atlantic Bay, my passion for this work has only grown stronger.

Outside of work, I'm deeply committed to giving back to our community. I currently serve as a Board Member and Treasurer for the Housing Assistance Corporation, and I'm part of the Strategic Housing Committee with Henderson County City Council. In the past, I've served on the boards of the Asheville Home Builders and OnTrack Financial Education. I'm an active member of the Asheville Home Builders Association, Land of Sky Association of REALTORS, and Mortgage Bankers Association of Western North Carolina.

And at the end of the day, my heart belongs to my family. My husband David and I have two teenage sons, Brady and Brandon, who are active in sports. Most days, you'll catch us cheering from the sidelines at their games. And when we do get a breather? We love heading to the lake for a relaxing weekend.
