After 11 years of working behind the scenes at a mortgage company, Mortgage Banker Heather Raney decided to take the leap and start originating loans to better serve both her office and community.
She says, “what sets me apart in the industry is my ability to put pieces of a puzzle together and think outside of the box. I love working with people. I believe that with my years in the business my goal to get families into their first or next home will be prioritized and achieved.”
As a South Carolina native and University of South Carolina alumni with a degree in Marketing, Heather is always ready to assist neighbors in her community realize their dreams of homeownership. She is also a member of the Red Shoe Society that benefits the local Ronald McDonald House of the Carolinas. In her spare time, you can find Heather, her husband, Justin, and her goldendoodle, Captain, cheering on the Gamecocks, Boston Red Sox, and Bruins. She and Justin also enjoy travelling and relaxing in the hot summer months.
