“My drive and strength in life is to help others personally develop. I enjoy helping people grow in their career and, more importantly, grow in life.”Gina Andrews
Gina Andrews has a genuine interest in mortgage bankers who are searching for a better work-life balance, as well as a supportive working environment. Since joining the finance and mortgage industry in 2003, she’s helped many people launch their careers in mortgage banking.
Gina has an insightful perspective on what it takes for a person to be a successful mortgage banker. “I ask what makes people happy in their current job and I listen to their answers. I’m sincerely interested in their success and what success means to them,” Gina says. “Our definition of success changes in various phases of our life. It’s different for everyone.”
Gina is developing Atlantic Bay’s presence in eastern North Carolina and South Carolina. “The mortgage bankers I interview are looking for work-life balance. Culture is also important to them. They’re looking to see if we’re genuine and if we’ll invest in their development,” Gina says. “We’re not just looking for anybody; we’re looking for people whose lives we can make better.”
Community service is important to Gina. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for United Way of the Cape Fear Area and the Board of Directors for Cape Fear Literacy Council. She’s also vice president of the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Lower Cape Fear.
