It is so important to close on time. At Atlantic Bay we know that when we take a deal, we can actually close that loan on time, which I think is awesome for this day and time.”
Dawn has helped over 2,500 families since starting her banking/mortgage career in 1996. She says, “I ask clients a lot of questions and get to know them personally. What are they looking for? What house payment do they expect? I want to make sure they are comfortable with the payment. I advise them to know their finances and know that they can make their expenses. I make sure they know what program options they have and which best suits their needs. Working as a team with the borrower is key. They need to know they are included in the process and their willingness to provide us what we need is essential. Basically, I just provide customer service, be there to answer their questions, and commit to their closing time.”
