In the span of one week, I was able to help an immigrant from Africa to become the first in his family to become a homeowner and help create generational wealth; a retiree move out of a retirement community and back into her own home; and a successful businessman and his family buy their next home. The experience that a Mortgage Banker gets from structuring and closing numerous loans is priceless and I am so very thankful that I am able to share my knowledge and help such a diverse group of families.

It is so important, especially in the world we live in today, to be able to help our future generations break their historical patterns for the better, creating wealth, introducing homeownership, and providing opportunities that only owning their own home offers. Financial stability, pride in homeownership, and a physical sense of security are just a few examples.

I don’t take the responsibility of being a trusted advisor lightly–this is my honor, and I know my reputation means everything. This is the reason I will always make time in my schedule to teach new homeowner classes and participate on the boards of organizations that support down payment assistance, financial literacy, and local redevelopment efforts.

I believe in family–yours and mine! As Zig Ziglar said, “You can get anything in this world you want, as long as you help enough other people get what they want.” I am here to help you. Whatever you can conceive and believe, you can achieve.
