“We have an amazing culture here at Atlantic Bay. People don’t realize how great it is until they walk in the door.”Stephanie Dickens.
Stephanie Dickens, born and raised in Hampton Roads, loves helping people and showing them there’s a better work environment and work-life balance.
As vice president of strategic growth for Hampton Roads, Stephanie has been in the finance and lending industry for over 25 years.
“My goal is to bring mortgage bankers into an outstanding work environment and help them enhance their careers,” she says. “Some in our industry don’t realize there’s a better way to do things. I’d like to help them achieve their career goals and provide for a higher quality of life for their families and themselves.”
“Atlantic Bay supports us in being good stewards of our community and allows the time to serve our community to the capacity that we wish,” she says.
Community is very important to Stephanie, evidenced by her involvement in several local charities and organizations including the YWCA, Junior Achievement of Greater Hampton Roads, the ODU Strome College of Business: Executive Mentor program, Lake Taylor Transitional Care Hospital, and the Ability Center of Virginia.
