Under the Line-of-Credit Option, you may draw up to a maximum amount of cash at times and in amounts of your choosing, as long as you occupy the home as your principal residence. This L.O.C. Option allows you to decide when and how much of your equity you use.
You are in control of your money, and your equity, at all times. You can even change 'Cash Advance Options' at any time.
Additionally, your available credit line actually grows with time. And, you are not charged interest on any unused portion of your Line-of-Credit.
