With over 30 years in the banking and mortgage industries, Dave Dillard has successfully built sales and operations teams for major financial institutions. Serving as the executive vice president of strategic growth for the Carolinas, Dave joined Atlantic Bay in 2012, opening the Charlotte Operations Center and introducing Atlantic Bay to the Charlotte area.
“I’ve been in operations, I’ve been in sales, and I know what a mortgage banker is looking for,” Dave says. “Atlantic Bay allows the mortgage banker to have the peace of mind that the operations team will take excellent care of their customers and close on time.”
Atlantic Bay mortgage bankers receive coaching and mentoring support from sales managers, as well. “Our sales managers are there to support existing and new mortgage bankers to make sure they continue to grow their business.
